I'll give you a training routine while you're inside your mommy's tummy...

Before you have your meals, try to do some light exercises like jogging (if you could) and a few reps of arm curls or bench press. So that you won't eat too much and become fat like your dad! In the afternoon after your lunch, you can take a little nap and then start doing some more intensive exercises...bungy jumps if you like. That will keep you pretty tired and then you can have your dinner as usual.

In the evening, you can do some aerobic exercise along with the "Tung Tung" beats, if you don't know how to do it, your grand-uncle Louis will show you...

Let me know how you are doing in a couple of days, and will adjust your training routines accordingly if necessary.
